Why has my card been declined?

Please check the following and then refresh this page before trying again:

1. You have entered your One4all card as a Visa debit / credit card. Do not choose ‘Gift Voucher’ or ‘Gift Card’ at checkout.

2. You have sufficient funds on your card for the total value of the transaction including postage.

3. Your One4all Gift Card has expired (check the Valid Thru date below the scratch filed on the back of the card).
